They have been fully weaponized by a specific network called The Crosshair Spain (t.me/Crosshairspain), transforming the urban infrastructure into a giant, analog feed of pure, unadulterated public paranoia.

Looking closely at the complete archive folder the graphic execution is honestly impressive, operating with a weird, dark Dadaist charm. They took our favorite 90s childhood pop culture icons and fed them directly into a dystopian blender:

The Ralph Wiggum Paradigm: Ralph from The Simpsons stands blissfully picking his nose between two flashing CCTV surveillance cameras.
